Alimaa Erdenebat is the founder of Alimaa IP Law. She has over fourteen years of experience in trademark law and has advised on a wide range of trademark matters involving both domestic and foreign rights holders.
She is dual-qualified in Mongolia and New York and holds law degrees from universities in the United Kingdom and Switzerland. She has worked in international law firms, bringing international professional standards to her legal practice in Mongolia.
She is the author of the Mongolia chapter on intellectual property law in a leading international IP manual published by Kluwer Law International. Her professional background includes a strong focus on enforcement and contentious trademark matters. She has advised leading multinational brand owners on trademark protection and enforcement matters in Mongolia.
